Almond Milk

Ingredients
- 1 cup (140g) almonds (raw)
- 3 cups (720ml) water (for soaking)
- 1¾ cups (420ml) water
- 1½ tbsp (18g) dates (pitted)
Instructions
- Soak almonds in water for 8–12 hours.
- Drain water, rinse.
- Place almonds, water, and dates in a blender.
- Blend on high speed for 2 minutes.
- Strain through a nut milk bag or fine towel.
