Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (140g) almonds (raw)
  • 3 cups (720ml) water (for soaking)
  • cups (420ml) water
  • tbsp (18g) dates (pitted)

Instructions

  1. Soak almonds in water for 8–12 hours.
  2. Drain water, rinse.
  3. Place almonds, water, and dates in a blender.
  4. Blend on high speed for 2 minutes.
  5. Strain through a nut milk bag or fine towel.
