Applesauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lb (830g) apples (unpeeled)

Instructions

  1. Cut apples in half, remove core, top, and stems.
  2. Place cut side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40 min until soft.
  4. Cool, then blend into purée.
