Broccoli With Garlic

Ingredients
- 3 cups (420g) broccoli florets
- 2 cups (480ml) water
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- ½ tbsp (5g) garlic
- ⅓ tsp salt
Instructions
- Pour water into a large pot. Insert a steamer basket.
- Place broccoli. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat. Cover and cook for 5 minutes until bright green.
- Remove broccoli.
- Sauté with oil, garlic, and salt for 3 minutes.
