Broccoli With Garlic

Broccoli With Garlic

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (420g) broccoli florets
  • 2 cups (480ml) water
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • ½ tbsp (5g) garlic
  • tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Pour water into a large pot. Insert a steamer basket.
  2. Place broccoli. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat. Cover and cook for 5 minutes until bright green.
  4. Remove broccoli.
  5. Sauté with oil, garlic, and salt for 3 minutes.
