Caramelized Onions

Ingredients

  • cups (260g) onions
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Slice onions into thin half-rings.
  2. Sauté with oil and salt over low heat for 25 minutes, stirring often, until soft and golden.
  3. Add agave syrup, cook for 5 more minutes.
