Caramelized Onions

Ingredients
- 1¾ cups (260g) onions
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
Instructions
- Slice onions into thin half-rings.
- Sauté with oil and salt over low heat for 25 minutes, stirring often, until soft and golden.
- Add agave syrup, cook for 5 more minutes.
