Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6 cups (900g) potatoes (unpeeled)
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into small pieces.
- Add pepper and oil, mix.
- Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven at 210°C (410°F) with convection for 25 min until golden brown.
- Salt hot potatoes.
