Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 cups (900g) potatoes (unpeeled)
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes into small pieces.
  2. Add pepper and oil, mix.
  3. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the oven at 210°C (410°F) with convection for 25 min until golden brown.
  5. Salt hot potatoes.
