Pear Purée

Ingredients
- 1½ lb (725g) pears (unpeeled)
Instructions
- Cut pears in half, remove core, top, and stems.
- Place cut side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven at 190°C (375°F) for 40 min until soft.
- Cool, blend into purée.
