Pear Purée

Ingredients

  • lb (725g) pears (unpeeled)

Instructions

  1. Cut pears in half, remove core, top, and stems.
  2. Place cut side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake in the oven at 190°C (375°F) for 40 min until soft.
  4. Cool, blend into purée.
