Pumpkin Purée

Ingredients

  • lb (1.2kg) pumpkin

Instructions

  1. Remove seeds from pumpkin, cut into large chunks.
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, place pumpkin skin side up.
  3. Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for 45 minutes until soft.
  4. Cool, scoop out flesh with spoon, blend into purée.
