Steamed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • lb (700g) potatoes (peeled)
  • 2 cups (480ml) water
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes into large pieces.
  2. Pour water into a large pot, insert a steamer basket.
  3. Place potatoes, bring water to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover, and cook for 30 minutes until soft.
  5. Salt potatoes while still hot.
