Steamed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1½ lb (700g) potatoes (peeled)
- 2 cups (480ml) water
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into large pieces.
- Pour water into a large pot, insert a steamer basket.
- Place potatoes, bring water to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and cook for 30 minutes until soft.
- Salt potatoes while still hot.
