Toasted Buckwheat

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (95g) green buckwheat

Instructions

  1. Place buckwheat in a dry skillet.
  2. Toast over medium heat, stirring often, for about 5 minutes until golden and nutty.
  3. Remove skillet from heat, let buckwheat cool.
