Tofu Scramble

Ingredients
- 1½ cups (300g) firm tofu
- ¾ tsp black salt
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- ½ cup (110g) coconut milk (17–22% fat)
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Instructions
- Break tofu into chunks with hands.
- Mix with black salt, turmeric, and pepper.
- Fry in oil for 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Reduce heat, add coconut milk and yeast, stir and cook for 2–3 more minutes.
