Tofu Scramble

Ingredients

  • cups (300g) firm tofu
  • ¾ tsp black salt
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • ½ cup (110g) coconut milk (17–22% fat)
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

Instructions

  1. Break tofu into chunks with hands.
  2. Mix with black salt, turmeric, and pepper.
  3. Fry in oil for 5 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Reduce heat, add coconut milk and yeast, stir and cook for 2–3 more minutes.
