Apple Millet Porridge

Ingredients
- ⅔ cup (150g) applesauce
- ¼ cup (35g) raisins
- ⅓ cup (70g) millet
- ½ tsp cardamom (ground)
- 1⅔ cups (400ml) water
Instructions
- Soak millet in water for 6-8 hours.
- Rinse millet, chop raisins finely.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil, add millet, and cook for 15 minutes on low heat with a lid.
- Add applesauce, dates, and cardamom, stir.
- Cook for another 10 minutes with a lid, stirring occasionally.
