Apple Millet Porridge

Ingredients

  • cup (150g) applesauce
  • ¼ cup (35g) raisins
  • cup (70g) millet
  • ½ tsp cardamom (ground)
  • 1⅔ cups (400ml) water

Instructions

  1. Soak millet in water for 6-8 hours.
  2. Rinse millet, chop raisins finely.
  3. In a pot, bring water to a boil, add millet, and cook for 15 minutes on low heat with a lid.
  4. Add applesauce, dates, and cardamom, stir.
  5. Cook for another 10 minutes with a lid, stirring occasionally.
