Potato Fritters

Ingredients
- 600 g potatoes (steamed)
- ½ cup (60g) all-purpose wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Mash potato into a purée.
- Add flour and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Form pancakes of 50 g (¼ cup).
- Fry on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
