Pumpkin Millet Porridge

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup (70g) millet
- 3 tbsp (50g) dates (pitted)
- 1⅔ cups (400ml) water
- ⅔ cup (150g) pumpkin purée
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- ½ tsp cinnamon (ground)
Instructions
- Soak millet in water for 6-8 hours.
- Rinse millet. Chop dates finely.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add millet and cook for 15 minutes on low heat with a lid.
- Add pumpkin purée, dates, zest, and cinnamon. Stir.
- Cook for another 10 minutes with a lid, stirring occasionally.
